UX/UI design
The aim of the project was to redesign the legacy product and move it from desktop to web-based. The product was developed for the bank and helps bank users to keep statistics about counterfeit banknotes from local branches and consolidate them in the main bank branch.
Redesign
I suggested reorganising the menu and grouping all reports into 4 groups and placing the most frequently used reports in the main page dashboard for easy access.

Another important consideration is the naming of reports. As the bank usually requires long titles, this takes up more space and makes the interface more noticeable. I suggested using icons and indicators to minimise their display, which made the interface clearer and fresher.

As a result, the new concept was approved by the client and implemented.
Errors
I am always concerned about UX/UI of errors, information pop-ups and non-existent pages. Even if a user is faced with an error, the role of design is to make it clear how to fix the situation and who to contact for help.
